Where are Timberr products made?
Timberr is based in East Greenwich, RI where we design, develop and manufacture all of our products. We build everything we sell, we don’t subcontract to anyone. We work with a selected group of small to medium sized equipment partners and material suppliers that share our values of quality and sustainability.

Where did the name Timberr come from?
Timberr with 2 RR’s comes from the idea of timber meaning wood with “reuse” and “recycle”.

When will you come out with more pieces?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is extra.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the USA and Canada. If your country is not on the list, feel free to get in touch and we'll see what we can do!

What's your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if you're not, let us know! We would be happy to exchange your product for another one, or offer a refund within 30 days of your original purchase minus shipping.

How do I return an item?
For domestic orders it’s simple! Email us your order number and the specifics on which products you want to return within 30 days. We’ll email you a return shipping label. Repackage the product in its original packing how you received it. Cover up the old shipping label and apply the return label to the outside of the package. Drop it off at any FedEx location. Once the product is received in good condition you’ll be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Where can I see your products in person?
Timberr products are sold exclusively online and through our website (you are here). We’re scheduling pop-up events in the near future. Timberr will be represented at Art Fairs, Farmer’s Markets and Festivals across the country. Follow us for updates. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Email us and we will send your tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your change, but cannot guarantee it if the order has been processed. Contact our customer support team at info@timberr.com.

What grade is the wood in your products?
We use only premium Birch Plywood in our products. Due to the pandemic wood shortages and availability, some of the plywood is not clear without blemishes and has what are called footballs in the top sheets to replace dark knots. The imagery we use has been provided to give you a visual representation of the grain, stain/finish, and color options available. Due to variations in digital displays we cannot guarantee that your product will be an identical match to the colors represented on our website. You will receive a product that is similar in grain and texture and typical of the wood plywood shown.
* Please understand that these are natural materials that have unique characteristics within every sheet. There is always a wide variety of grain and character in even the highest grade hardwoods. We will work with you to the best of our ability if you are not satisfied with your product but we cannot guarantee a specific type of grain or exact color for each product.

What if I notice parts missing from my shipment or during assembly?
Contact our customer support team at info@timberr.com within 30 days of receipt and we'll make sure you have everything you need!
